Message Credits and How They Work?
There are 3 GPT models to choose from! You can switch models at anytime from your chatbot dashboard.
GPT 4 Turbo – Highly recommended for most answers. Latest and most advance model from OpenAI (Our recommendation for most businesses)
1 A.I. Response with GPT-4 Turbo = 10 Message Credits
GPT 4 – Best for large databases and complex information
1 A.I. Response with GPT-4 = 25 Message Credits
GPT 3.5 Turbo – Older model, not as accurate. Cheapest model. Good results.

Units used to measure the use of services within BanterlyAI.
Each message received from an AI agent consumes between 1 and 25 message credits depending on the AI Model being used. Accounts receive credits in their monthly subscription and have the ability to purchase more credits a la carte. Monthly credits do not roll over, however the extra al a carte messages do.
So for example if you sign up for the Business plan, and choose GTP4 – Turbo for your chatbot, you will have 200 AI response for each month.If you need mlore messages you can purchase more, so your Chatbot can still answer questions.
Can I switch to a different plan?
At any time you can upgrade or change your plan. We do not prorate messages.
